こけしは、日本の伝統的な木製人形です。 しかし現代社会において、時代遅れの人形として捨てられています。

 こけしには、大切な人の面影や旅の思い出があり、 それらを何とか廃棄せずに蘇らせたいと思い、 

「鎌倉彫こけし」としてアップサイクルいたしました。 貴重な木の材料で作られたこけしは、古くなっても、 

鎌倉名工の彫りと塗りで美しく蘇りました。 

Kokeshi are traditional Japanese wooden dolls.  

In modern society, however, these dolls are often discarded as outdated.  

Yet, many kokeshi hold the dear faces of loved ones or memories of journeys. 

Wishing to revive these cherished memories without resorting to disposal,  

we have upcycled them into what we now call "Kamakura-bori Kokeshi."  

Crafted from precious wood materials, these kokeshi have been  beautifully restored 

with the exquisite carving and painting techniques  of Kamakura's master craftsmen.
